Lead management
Capture every enquiry with its source and likely value. Move it through New → Contacted → Qualified, then convert it into a real ERP customer in one step.
Most CRMs sit outside the business. Sales keeps its leads in one tool, support keeps its tickets in another, and neither can see an invoice, a dispatch or a customer’s account. Tathven CRM is built into Tathven Agentic ERP. A lead becomes the same customer your accounts team bills, a deal links to the same quotation your sales desk issued, and a support ticket sits on the same customer record your warehouse ships to.
Every step happens in one application, with one login, one set of permissions and one customer record.
By email, WhatsApp or phone: the lead is captured, and AI scores how hot it is
Scheduled until the lead is qualified
Opened, with its quotation linked
A customer in the ERP: orders, invoices, dispatch
Tickets on the same customer; AI sets the priority and drafts the reply
The hottest prospects rise to the top without anyone sorting by hand, and the forecast matches the books.
Capture every enquiry with its source and likely value. Move it through New → Contacted → Qualified, then convert it into a real ERP customer in one step.
The moment you type a phone number or email, Tathven shows whether that person is already a lead or a customer, so two salespeople never chase the same buyer.
Every new or changed lead gets a hotness from 0 to 100 (Hot, Warm or Cold) with a one-line reason. Set a lead’s hotness yourself and the AI never overrides it.
Schedule a call, meeting or task with a due time. My Follow-ups sorts everything into Overdue, Today and Upcoming. Finishing one lets you book the next in the same step.
A lead nobody has touched for a set number of days, with nothing scheduled, is flagged on the list. An optional reminder email tells each owner what is due.
Track opportunities by stage with value, probability and expected close date. The board shows value and weighted value per stage.
Dashboard charts show the weighted forecast month by month and the pipeline by stage, plus win rate over the last 90 days.
A deal links the quotations your sales desk has already issued. Winning a deal needs a real customer, so the forecast matches the books.
The customer’s request, your replies and the team’s internal notes read top to bottom, with the SLA clocks beside them.
Tickets with priority, type, category, tags, team and owner. A clear lifecycle, and a conversation thread where internal notes never reach the customer. Replies are written in a rich-text editor.
The AI judges each ticket’s severity and urgency; a fixed table turns those into the priority, so the same problem always gets the same SLA. A person’s priority always wins.
One click drafts a reply from the ticket’s conversation, looking up the products, services, stock and orders it mentions in your own records. It never sees internal notes and never sends: the agent reads, edits and sends.
Connect a Gmail mailbox. A customer’s email opens or continues their ticket, anyone else’s becomes a lead, and your replies go back from the same address, in the same thread.
First-response and resolution targets per priority, measured on your working calendar. Every ticket carries a live On track, At risk or Breached verdict. Waiting on the customer pauses the clock.
Connect your own WhatsApp Business number through Meta’s official Cloud API. A new number opens a lead, a customer’s message opens a ticket. Nothing goes out without the customer’s recorded opt-in.
Connect the Gmail address your customers write to, so their mail turns into tickets and leads without anyone copying it across, and replies go back from the same address.
Gmail is connected only when an administrator chooses to connect a mailbox, and Tathven CRM never deletes, archives or moves mail. Disconnect stops reading, withdraws Google’s access and forgets the mailbox; access can also be removed at any time from the Google Account. Read how we handle Google user data in our Privacy Policy.
One customer record, from the first enquiry to the last ticket.
Customers, users, units, quotations and notification settings are the ERP’s own. Nothing to sync and nothing to reconcile.
A won deal needs a real customer, and the pipeline sums only open deals. The forecast weights each deal by its stage’s probability, which you set.
It scores and drafts; people decide. A score a person set is never overwritten, and a draft is never sent without an agent.
The salesperson and the support agent work from the same customer, and every change is recorded with who made it and when.
Your own WhatsApp number and your own Gmail mailbox, connected directly with no reseller in between, and consent enforced by the system. Run the AI on your own server if you prefer.
Distribution, manufacturing, retail, services. The screens use your own sources, stages, ticket types and categories.
Scoring runs on the AI provider you pick: OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter, a model on your own server through Ollama, or a decision model (TypeSafe Jev, or Laya on your own server). Phone numbers, e-mail addresses and names are never sent to it.
Separate rights for tickets, leads, deals, follow-ups and settings, each at view or change level. Reassigning work is a separate right.
Leads, deals and tickets belong to a business unit, and SLA policies can be set per unit.
