- AI agents inside a workflow use only the tools you give them, and a second agent can check the first.
- Each automation runs as its own account, with only the rights you grant and never more than its author holds.
- Approvals, ledger postings and payments always need a person; anything else changes only within a limit you set.
- A test run writes nothing and sends nothing, and publishing checks the rights and rules first.
